Most mommies nowadays is very hardworking. They are too busy to pay attention to their babies skin. Maybe, its because of the epitome that babies do have flawless and healthy skin. But my dear moms, take note, our babies also has the most sensitive and delicate skin ever. meaning, they can easily be irritated leading to skin problems.

Signs of baby skin problems
redness, patches, itchiness, rashes and pain which usually starts on cheeks, forearms, and legs. This are somewhat simple but is very irritating for babies and worst can lead to a serious skin problems if left untreated. Some of the most common skin problems in infants include diaper rash, heat rash, cradle cap, contact dermatitis, and cold sores
My Baby when she was 1 month. I though it was just a simple rashes. But when i brought her to  a Pediatrician, she was diagnosed to have skin asthma.

Some skin conditions are common because of the hormones associated being in the womb, others because of environmental factors or illnesses.

Baby Acne

  • Baby acne is a very common skin condition. Some babies are born with small pimples on their bodies, and others develop them in the weeks following birth. But don't worry moms, this can disappear in few weeks time.

Milia

  • Some babies are born with small white bumps on the face, especially the cheeks and nose. These are called milia, and the condition is not painful. It will likely clear up also in a few weeks. no worries!

Cradle Cap

  • Cradle cap is scaly, crusty skin on a baby's head, eyebrows and ears that typically develops in the first few months of life. It generally will go away well before the child turns 1.

Diaper Rash

  • Many babies develop diaper rash, most commonly caused because the skin is wet or moist. Over-the-counter diaper creams will normally clear up the rash and help prevent recurrences, but sometimes a prescription may be needed. Be sure to change your baby regularly to help prevent diaper rash.
i use this whenever my baby got diaper rashes. its safe and effective.

Eczema

  • An itchy rash on a baby's skin is called eczema, or atopic dermatitis. The rash can be triggered by many things, including moisture or saliva around the mouth, food allergies and sensitivity to soaps or detergents. Unless the triggers are removed from the environment, it typically will recur.

Rashes

  • Many illnesses fairly common in babies--including roseola, scarlet fever and fifth disease--sometimes include a rash as a symptom.
I use these every time my baby got rashes, insect bites and other skin irritations.  I apply it on the affected area very thinly once a day and olah! bye bye redness, rashes, and itchiness. Take note: this is a corticosteroid do it is not advice for a long term use. You can buy  this at any drug store, it costs around 700php.

Tips to prevent skin problems in babies
Choose cotton for  your babies clothing, wool can be very irritating to their skin. Change nappies in time. Don't wait the nappies to get burst or get soiled. if possible don't use talcum or any powders as this may irritate youre babies skin too. Use hypoallergenic soaps. Be sure to use hypoallergenic products, this the most safest and best way to protect your babies skin.
